Growing up in a family operations business (office furniture and facilities), I developed a passion and curiosity for understanding how things worked and fit together. Early on, my grandfather and father taught me that all those moving pieces were only there to serve one purpose: the customer - they're the only reason we're in business.
I'm a systems thinker who needs to understand the whole picture before making recommendations. I believe the most elegant business solutions are simple, effective, and remove friction rather than add complexity.
I came into AI through pure curiosity when ChatGPT started gaining popularity. Amazed by the power and possibilities of these emerging tools I enrolled in MIT's Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program. Since completing the program, I've continued developing my expertise through Harvard Online, DeepLearning.AI, and the OpenAI Academy, complemented by ongoing applied learning through Coursera and Google Cloud's Generative AI for Leaders.
As Director of AI Enablement, I've implemented these solutions across our organization and learned what actually works in real business operations. Now, I also help other businesses leverage AI strategically, eliminating tedious work and surfacing insights so they can refocus on their customers.
